Lucky Duck is a personal take on Asian cuisine, shaped by years of travel across Thailand, China and Japan. The menu reflects what we found on those trips: from market stalls to back-kitchen tables.
Inside, an open kitchen sits at the heart of the room. Two floors, softly lit, with an interior built in collaboration with friends, family and craftsmen. The kind of place that is easy to step into, and easy to stay at.
On the menu: sushi, robata grill, curries and crafted cocktails. Street-food classics next to more refined plates. All made to be shared, always grounded, never precious.

Absolutely exceptional food and service.
A once in a lifetime experience! The food is excellent and the setting very well crafted. Drinks are curated to perfection.

Amazing food and a beautiful atmosphere! We really enjoyed our dinner at Lucky Duck. The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. The Wagyu nigiri and gyoza were definitely the highlights of the evening — both were absolutely outstanding and easily our favorite dishes! The restaurant has a beautiful, unique interior and a great atmosphere that makes the experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was the service, which was unfortunately very slow and could definitely be improved. Overall, a fantastic Asian restaurant in Amsterdam. Despite the slow service, the quality of the food makes it absolutely worth visiting. Would definitely come back!
Wow ...the best dishes I've ate ever!!!! The sushi was magnificent. The seabass fish was divine. Everything was so good . Well done. Ill surly return
Wat een top tent! Onwijs lekker eten, fantastisch personeel en een interieur op u tegen te zeggen. Absoluut een aanrader.
Alles was super lekker en de bediening was super aardig!
Sat solo at the bar and had a great experience! Loved the food. Including the Thai Green Curry which gave me 3 seconds of heaven followed of what felt like 5 minutes of hell. The coctail paring with the oysters was magical! The coctail that cleanses your pellet sets the tone of all that follows. Must visit when in Amsterdam!
